Manual Sampling Systems
This form of sampling involves manually collecting a quantity of process liquid. The sample is then transported to a lab for analysis by a technician normally using an ASTM method. The purpose of the lab measurement is to quantify the chemical content of the process liquid to ensure it complies with predetermined requirements.
Fast Loop Sampling Systems
For applications where provision of fluid quality analyzers is mandatory Fast Loop Sampling arrangement is by right considered as the only possible solution. This statement is also true for pipeline metering systems which operate non-stop, since Fast Loop Sampling by-passes the main line and can be serviced without interrupting the ongoing metering process.
Such systems are suitable for crude oil, condensate or refined hydrocarbon products and are employed alongside most of metering systems. However, some operators have them as a stand-alone units for process control of product parameters, for example, alongside large transmission pipelines.
Static Mixing Systems
For applications where Static mixing of the process fluid is sufficient to provide a homogenous sample, we can work with you to provide the required solution. This entails producing a spool piece that contains the static mixing element which is then installed into the process pipe.
Such systems are suitable for crude oil, condensate or refined hydrocarbon products and are employed alongside most of metering systems. However, some operators have them as a stand-alone units for process control of product parameters, for example, alongside large transmission pipelines.
SmartMix® Jet Mixing Systems
Our SmartMix® jet mixing system brings a paradigm shift in custody transfer applications, utilising automatic control for on-demand mixing with the following benefits:
- Exceptional mixing efficiency
- Improved homogenised mixing with lower power consumption
- Efficient mixing even at the lowest flow velocities
- Effective mixing even in horizontal pipes
- Smaller installed footprint
- No emulsification of product
Applications
The gas transmission networks are continually at risk of failure. These risks if not controlled will cost millions of dollars to operators and shippers in lost downtime and repairs. Pipeline and equipment integrity issues can also harm personnel and then be a threat to the public.
