QHSE & Facilities Administrator – Part-time

We are looking for someone to work part-time, ideally for 5 hours per day, to handle the administration of QHSE Management System documents, records, spreadsheets, and calendars.

The role will include:

  • General administration of departmental documentation
  • Maintenance of the Company’s Legal Register
  • Organise statutory inspections at the company’s’ Ely head office
  • Carry out contractor and new employee inductions
  • Assist with DSE assessments and records
  • Book health and safety training and maintain the related training and competence records
  • Book health surveillance on behalf of the company
  • Administrate the Approved Vendors’ List, Company Standards’ Library and the Company’s health & safety statistics and records
  • Compiling performance statistics for management review.
  • Assist with COSHH assessments, and the compilation and review of risk assessments.
  • Assist with the administration of Facilities Management for the building.
  • Assist in compiling the Manufacturing Record Book and binding hard copies.
  • Assist the QHSE Manager as required.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
  • Good communicator
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
